AMO Terms & Conditions

Effective for Independent MELILEA Entrepreneurs (IMEs)

1. General Overview

1.1. 1. The AMO is a subscription-based auto-ordering service offered to Independent MELILEA Entrepreneurs (IME) for selected MELILEA products or packages, charged monthly through the registered credit/debit card.

1.2 AMO subscription can only be made online via the official website at amo.melilea.com.

1.3 Each IME may subscribe up to a maximum of two (2) AMO sets at one cycle.


2. AMO Cycle & Commitment

2.1. Each AMO subscription runs in cycle of six (6) consecutive months, with a minimum commitment of one (1) complete cycle.

2.2. By subscribing, the ME agrees to have the selected AMO products automatically charged and delivered monthly for 6 months.

2.3. Upon completion of a cycle, the AMO subscription will be automatically renewed for another consecutive 6-month, unless the subscriber submit a termination request via the AMO website by the end of 6th month of that cycle.


3. Subscription and Payment

3.1. Subscriptions must be made exclusively online via the official AMO website: amo.melilea.com.

3.2. Only a valid credit/debit card payments are ACCEPTED, which will be validated systematically during the initiation of the subscription. The recurring payment will be initiated every Monday of the week chosen by the subscriber

3.3. The first recurring payment must be successful to activate the subscription.

3.4. The package for successful AMO payment will be sent to the assigned courier company in one working day. If the scheduled delivery date falls on a weekend or public holiday, delivery process will take place on the next working day.


4. Delivery Terms

4.1. A complete and accurate delivery address is required at the time of subscription.

4.2. MELILEA is not responsible for any wrong or inaccurate address provided by the subscriber. Any additional delivery cost incurred due to such reason, will be borne by the subscriber accordingly.

4.3. If a scheduled delivery date falls on a weekend or public holiday, delivery will occur on the next working day.

4.4. Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.

4.5. Pick-up is only available at MELILEA Branches.

4.6 Upon receiving the package, if the package is found dented or damaged or spoilt upon received, please report to MELILEA within 24 hours for immediate response and investigation. Beyond the time-limit, the package is assumed deemed well accepted by the receive.


5. Changes and Updates

5.1. Subscribers may update their payment card details at least three (3) days prior to the next scheduled payment.

5.2. All updates will take effect in the subsequent billing cycle.

5.3. No changes to the AMO package or product selection are allowed during an active cycle.

5.4. Upon completion of an AMO cycle, subscribers may either:

a) Continue with the existing AMO package, or

b) Change to another available AMO package, subject to availability and prevailing terms.

5.5. Any package change request must be submitted via the official AMO website before the start of the next 6-month cycle.

5.6. Package change requests submitted after a new cycle has commenced will not be accepted, and the existing package will continue for that cycle.


6. Cancellation and Termination

6.1. Cancellation is allowed without penalty if:

  • No recurring payment has been made, and
  • The cancellation request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days prior to the first swipe date.

6.2. For cancellations after the first swipe or beyond the 7-day cooling-off period, standard termination policies will apply.

6.3. Early termination (before 6 months) will incur a penalty, calculated as:

(Original Package DP – AMO Package DP) × Number of Months Subscribed

6.4. No penalty applies once a subscriber has completed a full 6-month cycle.

6.5. All cancellation/termination requests must be submitted via the official AMO website only. Submissions through WhatsApp, email, fax, or hardcopy are not accepted.

6.6. To be effective, cancellation requests must be received before the next billing cycle.


7. Failed Payments

7.1. In the event of a failed charge, the subscriber will be granted a 3-day grace period to resolve the issue.

7.2. If payment remains unresolved after the grace period, the subscriber will not receive their AMO parcel for that month’s unsuccessful card charge, and the subscription will proceed to the next recurring cycle.

7.3. MELILEA reserves the right to automatically terminate the subscription if payment fails for three (3) consecutive recurring cycle.

7.4. MELILEA is not obliged to deliver any products if the registered card is declined due to expired card or exceed credit limit or inactive card or card terminated or whatsoever reason from the payment gateway.


8. Rewards & Limitations

8.1. Subscribers who successfully complete the 6-month AMO term will receive a Product Voucher worth RM125 for MELILEA Organic Botanical Powder.

8.2. Additional one-time products (“AMO Add-On”) may be added via the AMO website after the monthly swipe is successfully processed, charged at AMO prices.The AMO Add-On is only applicable for the current successful billing cycle and must be placed before the next scheduled swipe date.

8.3. AMO purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

8.4. AMO transactions cannot be combined with other promotions or campaigns.

8.5. Down-volume (reducing PV/BV) for AMO products is not permitted.


9. Pricing & Product Availability

9.1. MELILEA reserves the right to revise product pricing or discontinue any product at its sole discretion.

9.2. Subscribers will be formally notified of any price changes or product discontinuation.

9.3. PV (Point Value) and BV (Bonus Value) may be adjusted in accordance with AMO incentives or offers.


10. Billing Responsibilities & Dispute Resolution

10.1. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that all billing and card information remains current and valid throughout the subscription period.

10.2. To prevent future charges, subscribers must instruct their issuing bank to halt payments at least one (1) business day prior to the next billing date.

10.3. This agreement remains active until updated or cancelled by the subscriber via the AMO platform or terminated via payment cancellation by the bank.


11. Amendments & Governing Policies

11.1. MELILEA reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

11.2. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the latest rules and policies established by MELILEA (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
