The AMO is a subscription-based auto-ordering service offered to MELILEA Entrepreneurs (MEs) for selected MELILEA products, charged monthly to their registered credit/debit card.
Each MID may subscribe to a maximum of two (2) AMO sets.
Each AMO subscription runs for a minimum of six (6) consecutive months.
By subscribing, the ME agrees to have their selected products automatically charged and delivered monthly for six months.
After the initial 6-month period, the AMO subscription will be automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis unless the subscriber submits a termination request via the official AMO website before the next billing cycle.
AMO subscriptions can only be made online via the official website at amo.melilea.com.
AMO sets may come with incentives; PV and BV values will be adjusted accordingly.
Only credit/debit card payments are accepted; online banking is not allowed.
Subscribers must provide a valid and active credit/debit card during registration.
MELILEA is not obliged to deliver products if the registered card is expired, over limit, inactive, or terminated.
MELILEA reserves the right to terminate or modify any subscription at its sole discretion.
A complete and accurate delivery address is required at the time of subscription.
Subscribers are fully responsible for any delivery issues arising from incorrect address details.
AMO orders are processed within one working day after successful subscription and payment.
Orders are only shipped once payment is successfully received.
If the scheduled delivery date falls on a weekend or public holiday, delivery will take place on the next working day.
Delivery typically takes between 3 to 5 working days.
The first swipe must be successful for the AMO to be activated.
Monthly recurring charges will take place every Monday.
Subscribers may add one-time extra products at AMO price via the website before the swipe date.
Subscribers may cancel their AMO without penalty only if no card has been charged and the cancellation is submitted within 7 calendar days of the intended first swipe.
If cancellation is submitted after the first charge or after the 7-day cooling-off period, normal termination rules apply.
If terminated before completing 6 months, a penalty will be charged:
Penalty = (Original Package DP – AMO Package DP) × Number of Months Subscribed
No penalty applies if termination is requested after the full 6-month term is completed.
All termination requests must be submitted via the official AMO website.
Requests submitted via WhatsApp, email, fax, or paper will not be accepted.
The request must be submitted before the next billing cycle to be effective.
Subscribers who complete the full 6-month AMO term will receive an RM125 Product Voucher for MELILEA Organic Botanical Powder.
Failed payments must be resolved within a 3-day grace period from the charge date.
If payment is not made within the grace period, the AMO parcel for that month will not be delivered, and the subscription will continue with the next cycle.
Subscribers may update their card details up to 1 day before the card swipe date.
The changes will take effect in the next billing cycle and apply to future orders.
Changes to the AMO package (product selection) are not allowed during the 6-month commitment.
If any AMO product is out of stock, it will be excluded from billing and delivery for that cycle.
MELILEA reserves the right to change product prices or discontinue products at any time.
Subscribers will be notified officially if there are price changes or product discontinuation.
Volume down for AMO products is not allowed.
AMO purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Switching to another AMO set during the 6-month period is not permitted.
AMO purchases are not valid with other ongoing promotions or campaigns.
Pick-up option is only available at MELILEA Branches.
Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their billing information remains accurate and active.
This agreement remains in effect until the subscriber changes their AMO profile online or stops future payments via their issuing bank.
To stop future charges via card, subscribers must notify their bank at least one business day before the next scheduled billing date.
MELILEA reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the latest rules and regulations set by MELILEA (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
